In this CLE, attorney Lee Moylan will outline the rights and requirements under, and the interplay between, the ADA and FMLA and the way in which agencies and the courts have interpreted and applied the statutes after almost a year of the pandemic. The seminar also will discuss any extension to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and any other legislation enacted in 2021 to deal with the pandemic.
