What all Employers Should Understand: the National Labor Relations Act and National Labor Relations Board Process

 

For unionized and nonunionized employers alike—in this CLE, Chuck Ercole, Lee Moylan, and Stephanie Wolbransky will provide a brief overview of the National Labor Relations Act, its coverage, and recent National Labor Relations Board decisions about which all employers should be aware. The presenters also will discuss the overall NLRB process when a charge is filed and provide practical advice on how to handle that charge through court enforcement.

This CLE is available in person (lunch will be served) and online!
