Given the number of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships organized under Delaware law but operating throughout the United States, this presentation from attorneys Tom Ayala and Caixia Su is intended to update national counsel about unique aspects of practicing in Delaware courts and expectations of national counsel when litigating in Delaware.
