Participants will learn about the new 2026 ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standard Detail Requirements, including modifications and additions to the surveyor’s responsibilities and changes to the optional Table A Item definitions. The session will be beneficial for those who negotiate and contract with surveyors and for the user of the survey to help alleviate some of the common misconceptions. Upon completion of the session, each participant will have a greater understanding of ALTA/NSPS standards, Table A items, survey review, and communicating with surveyors.

This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*

Attendees may also apply for CLE credits in jurisdictions with reciprocity, including Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
