Lunch & Learn - New Jersey Zoning 101: The Who, the What and the How

Join zoning & land use attorneys Augusta O’Neill and Stephanie Boggs Magagna for a complimentary Lunch & Learn presentation featuring guest speaker Joseph R. Odenheimer, PE, from Colliers Engineering & Design. This program will provide an introduction to basic zoning principles and procedures applicable to applications for development in New Jersey. The presentation will provide an overview of the process to obtain zoning entitlements for projects that require either Planning Board or Zoning Board approvals, as well as obtaining approvals from county and state authorities. Joseph will also provide a summary of the technical approvals that may be required in connection with such projects particular to development in New Jersey.

This program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*

Attendees may also apply for CLE credits in jurisdictions with reciprocity, including Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
