Suburban Zoning 101: The Who, the What and the How

In this program, attorneys Matthew McHugh and Leonard Altieri will provide an introduction to basic zoning principals and procedures applicable to suburban municipalities in Pennsylvania. The presentation will introduce the various players involved in suburban zoning cases as well as provide an overview of the process to obtain zoning entitlements for by-right zoning projects up through zoning hearing board and conditional use appeals, legislative re-zonings and text amendments.

This presentation is available in person (lunch will be served) and online!

This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*
