Brian focuses his practice on representing private equity fund managers and other real estate investment companies and investors in complex commercial real estate transactions on matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, construction and development projects, mezzanine and senior loan financing, property management, asset management and fund formation. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating documentation for commercial real estate transactions involving industrial, office, hospitality, multifamily and student housing properties. Brian is a trusted guide to clients such as private equity funds, family offices and other investors and operators, as he counsels them through these multifaceted transactions as well as ongoing operational matters.
In addition to his overall real estate practice, Brian serves as Outside General Counsel for Arden Group, a privately-held commercial real estate fund manager, investor and operator, and Arden Logistics Parks, a fully integrated logistics real estate operating platform.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a real estate attorney for a boutique law firm headquartered in the Philadelphia area, where he was first engaged by Arden Group as Outside General Counsel in 2019.
