Caixia focuses her practice on Delaware complex commercial litigation and corporate litigation, providing comprehensive support throughout various stages of legal proceedings. Her work includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and facilitating pre-trial discovery and document production.
With a distinguished academic background from China, Caixia was a nationally recognized legal scholar and professor at Zhongnan University of Economics & Law before relocating to the United States. Over the course of more than a decade, she served as a full professor of law, a director, and an associate dean, taught, and authored (or co-authored) four academic books and over 70 papers, establishing her reputation in China’s legal community.
She maintains extensive connections with the legal community in China and is actively involved in the Chinese American legal community. As a native Mandarin speaker with a deep understanding of both Chinese law and U.S. legal practices, Caixia has represented clients with Chinese backgrounds in a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions disputes, contract disputes, and employment issues. She remains committed to serving Chinese clients doing business in or with the U.S.
Prior to joining the firm, Caixia was an associate at a litigation defense law firm in Wilmington, Delaware.
