Charley focuses his practice on zoning and land use matters. Charley represents developers, property owners, purchasers, and nonprofits in all aspects of property development, including rezoning and variance applications. He is well versed in negotiating with municipalities and neighboring landowners regarding utility connection and easement agreements. Charley also has experience in land use litigation, which informs his practice by helping to avoid common pitfalls that can arise during the development process.
Charley is fluent in Spanish. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as land use and real estate attorney for a boutique law firm in Texas that specializes in land use, entitlement issues and incentive requests.
