Joseph is an aggressive commercial litigator and creditors’ rights attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including business divorces, commercial lease disputes, corporate malfeasance, and UCC-related disputes. He also has extensive experience litigating lender liability and related claims brought by commercial borrowers. He assists and advises lenders on a broad array of legal issues, including loan recoveries, workouts and restructures.
Joseph has been on the cutting edge of emerging legal issues, litigating legal disputes concerning the nascent cryptocurrency and cannabis industries. This includes litigating fraud disputes within the cryptocurrency mining industry, federal enforcement of contracts concerning medical cannabis, and other budding legal issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked as a senior associate in the Philadelphia office of a large law firm.
