Daniel focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters in such areas as the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real estate, as well as commercial leasing matters. He works with developers, retailers, private equity firms, and other national and local businesses. His work includes preparing financing and other real estate transactional documents, drafting commercial lease agreements, and conducting due diligence. In addition to real estate and finance matters, he has experience in corporate governance, joint venture agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was associate general counsel for a sophisticated family office that included a national real estate portfolio and multiple operating entities. He received his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.
Before pursuing his legal career, Daniel played professional ice hockey for the Chamonix Pionniers in France’s top league. He also co-founded Hope Happens Here, a 501(c)(3) that promotes mental-health awareness and wellness, particularly among student-athletes.
He is excited to return home to the Philadelphia area with his wife and children.
