Justin M. Tennenbaum

Justin focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters in such areas as financing, acquisition, disposition, development, and commercial leasing. He works with developers, private equity firms, retailers, and other national corporate clients and local businesses. His work includes preparing financing and other real estate and environmental transactional documents and conducting due diligence for transactions to resolve title, survey and other diligence issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Justin worked in transaction advisory, where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, management buyouts and recapitalizations for corporate clients and private equity investors. His transaction experience involved both growth-oriented and distressed companies through sell-side representations, buy-side management, corporate restructurings and the placement of capital. Most recently, Justin was a senior associate at an M&A advisory firm in Philadelphia focused on the homebuilding and land development industry. Justin received his J.D. from Drexel University, where he also earned his M.B.A.
