Kyle focuses his practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment matters and is involved in various stages of legal proceedings, including conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions and briefs, facilitating discovery, and preparing for hearings and trial. He has represented clients in state and federal court in trials and appeals in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, and other types of cases. He has experience with matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Sherman Antitrust Act, and similar state statutes, including state franchise laws and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Minimum Wage Law, and Unemployment Compensation Law.
Before his legal career, Kyle taught high school and college students in history, government and economics for more than a decade.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was an attorney at firms in Chicago, IL and Lancaster, PA, and clerked for the Honorable Judge Gerald Tjoflat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
