Amelia focuses her practice on commercial and real estate finance. She is involved in all phases of credit transactions in both commercial and real estate matters, including work-outs, refinancing and modifications. She is experienced in modifications of bi-lateral and syndicated loan agreements to convert benchmark rates, extend facility terms, increase facility sizes and otherwise restructure debt. She performs due diligence along with high-level analysis of agreements, leases, policies, and organizational and financial documents.
Amelia is proficient in French and also has a basic proficiency in American Sign Language.
Prior to joining the firm, Amelia worked as a real estate finance associate in the Philadelphia office of an Am Law 100 firm and also worked in the New York office of a multinational law firm.
