Matthew Hall

Matt’s practice focuses on commercial real estate finance. His past representation includes investment banks, commercial banks and institutional investors and lenders with concentrations in origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine financing, loan sales and purchases, structured finance and securitization transactions. He is also well-versed in related secondary market transactions. His experience covers retail, office, warehouse, hospitality and condominium properties, as well as TIC structures and ground lease transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked in the New York offices of two large international law firms in their real estate practices.
