Michael focuses his practice on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, fund formation, corporate governance issues, and other contractual and transactional matters. He advises companies in connection with formation and organizational issues, negotiation of shareholder agreements, limited liability company and partnership agreements and private equity offerings.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a law clerk at a law firm in Philadelphia. Michael received his J.D. with a concentration in Business and Entrepreneurship Law from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as a member of the Notes Committee, Associate Editor and Staff Editor for the Drexel Law Review.
