Michelle M. Axon

Michelle focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with particular experience in office, retail, and industrial property leases. She represents landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of leases and related agreements, including guaranties, subleases, assignments, SNDAs, subordination agreements, and lease amendments.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle practiced at leading national law firms, where she represented institutional lenders and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions, including commercial mortgage loans, refinancings, warehouse lending, and secured financings.

She graduated law school first in her class and has been named “One to Watch” among New York’s real estate attorneys.
