Robert L. Kieffer

Robert focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with significant experience handling high-value contract disputes, government claims, and appellate matters. He manages litigation throughout all phases, including motions practice, discovery, mediation, and post-trial proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert served as Senior Counsel for the Defense Logistics Agency, where he directed litigation strategy and managed complex contract disputes before the Armed Service Board of Contract Appeals. He also played a substantial role in post-trial proceedings in multi-billion-dollar contract litigation that ultimately resulted in a global settlement.

Earlier in his career, Robert served as a Deputy City Solicitor with the Philadelphia Law Department, drafting legislation and handling public records litigation.
