Sally has significant experience representing creditors, debtors, creditors’ committees and trustees in commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, including contested matters and appeals. Her representative matters in bankruptcy also include counseling both plaintiffs and defendants in bankruptcy litigation matters, such as preference, fraudulent transfer, and director and officer actions.
Sally’s practice includes the representation of businesses, financial institutions and individuals in state and federal courts, including a wide range of commercial claims such as complex contract disputes, employment litigation, fiduciary duty claims, indemnification, business torts and confessions of judgment. She has experience assisting in the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of the litigation process before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Sally also litigates a variety of claims in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, including serving as local counsel in intellectual property litigation.
