Stasha focuses her practice on construction and general commercial litigation. She has significant experience in construction litigation representing contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners and other parties on a wide variety of construction projects. She assists with various stages of legal proceedings and helps prepare for depositions, mediation, trial and arbitration. She is experienced in analyzing complex construction and commercial contracts to develop strategies for contract litigation as well as drafting pleadings and motions for construction, commercial and surety matters in federal, state and arbitration litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Stasha was an associate at a construction and corporate Philadelphia law firm. She also served as an intern with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and completed a judicial externship with the Hon. Mark A. Kearney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in Spanish.
