Virginia works as a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation Department. She has nearly two decades of experience providing pre-litigation analysis and active litigation support to the firm’s attorneys. Virginia’s experience includes case management from inception to settlement or trial and all aspects of e-discovery and traditional discovery. She also utilizes her journalism background to draft pleadings, case summaries and written analysis as needed.
Virginia brings a down-to-earth demeanor and sense of humor to the firm. She is adept at learning new skills, communicating clearly and reasoning through dilemmas to come up with practical solutions.
Virginia has experience working on pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts; medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation; contract disputes; and employment actions for wrongful discharge and discrimination.
