William D. Fernandez

Will focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, assisting with various stages of legal proceedings by conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions and briefs, and facilitating pre-trial discovery and document production. He has experience appearing before Philadelphia Courts and administrative boards.

Prior to joining the firm, Will was a Senior Attorney with the City of Philadelphia Law Department, litigating a diverse portfolio of matters for the City of Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections and Health Department. Will also served as the Director of Audits and Investigations for the Department of Licenses and Inspections, where he was responsible for enforcing contractor and other trade licensee requirements across Philadelphia’s construction sites. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
