Yordan focuses his practice on e-Discovery technology and services litigation. He works with clients in all phases of electronic discovery, including data preservation, collection, data culling and processing, document review, and production. In his work, he manages eDiscovery projects and utilizes various analytic e-Discovery methods and software. Yordan’s primary focus is on intellectual property, product liability, contractual disputes, internal investigations and enforcement actions brought by financial regulators.
Yordan is certified for document review in Russian and is also fluent in Bulgarian.
Prior to joining the firm, Yordan worked as an eData attorney in the Philadelphia office of an Am Law 100 firm.
