Klehr Harrison is pleased to announce that bankruptcy and restructuring partner Corinne Brennan was selected to The Legal Intelligencer’s 2020 Lawyers on the Fast Track list as part of their Professional Excellence Awards.
The Lawyers on the Fast Track award “celebrates the next generation of legal leaders.” The Legal Intelligencer Professional Excellence honorees will be recognized in special editorial sections and at a virtual awards presentation set for November 11, 2020.
Brennan focuses her practice on commercial and consumer bankruptcy, reorganization, workouts, foreclosure litigation and regulatory matters related to consumer finance. She has more than a decade of experience representing secured lenders, creditors, committees, equity security holders, and trustees in all facets of commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings. Her representative matters in bankruptcy include counseling both plaintiffs and defendants in preference litigation, fraudulent transfer actions, and dischargeability challenges.
Bill Matthews, chair of the Corporate and Securities Department, praises Brennan’s organizational skills, saying that she “gets great results consistently,” and “has an unparalleled ability to take a pile of disorganized information, synthesize it and explain it to the client with a straightforward recommendation.” Matthews also noted that Brennan is a “trendsetter in her use of technology to make the practice of law more efficient.”
Indeed, Corinne rounds out her robust bankruptcy and litigation practice with her presence on the Board of Directors for FINANTA, her membership on the Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and her membership on the Loan Committee for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC).
Brennan earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and her B.A. from University of Rochester, cum laude.
