Lee is a co-chair of the Real Estate and Finance Department. With more than 25 years of experience, Lee focuses his practice on the representation of owners, developers, investors, landlords, and tenants in the acquisition, development and leasing of all types of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of complex leases involving retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties.
Lee has a wide array of commercial leasing experience, representing national and local retailers and landlords in big box and specialty retail lease transactions throughout the United States.
