Alyssa focuses her practice on Delaware bankruptcy and restructuring and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Klehr Harrison, she also gained transactional and litigation experience in intellectual property matters. For every case, Alyssa tailors her approach to each client’s individual needs.
Alyssa graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as Manuscripts Editor of the Maryland Law Review and a member of the Maryland National Trial Team. During law school, Alyssa honed her advocacy skills by participating in Mock Trial competitions and the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Before law school, Alyssa competed with Penn State Mock Trial in invitational and American Mock Trial Association tournaments.
