Join Cori Brennan, Greg Gosfield and Alex Hill for a Lunch and Learn presentation, “Distressed Commercial Real Estate: A Primer on Forbearance, Restructuring and Recovery.”
The program will analyze the framework and use of commercial real estate loan modifications, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu, short sales and other options for loan workouts. Presenters will compare the negotiation strategies of the mortgagor, mortgagee, guarantor, and rescue capital provider, and they will provide examples of various provisions that the parties in interest would propose to obtain advantages as well as those to achieve compromise.
This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*
