PHILADELPHIA (April 22, 2025) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is proud to announce the formation of a lawyers’ professional liability practice group. The practice will be led by litigation partner and firm co-general counsel Teri Sherman. The group will include Paige Willan, co-chair of the Litigation Department, as well as former firm general counsel Michael Coran and former managing partner William Harvey.
“Klehr Harrison has a strong track record of representing lawyers and law firms when they need counsel most, whether because of a claim by a third party or because of internal risk or practice management,” said Sherman. “We are formalizing this practice group in recognition of the excellent work we have already been doing.”
“Our group takes a lot of pride in representing our lawyer and law firm clients,” added Willan. “Teri is the natural choice to lead our efforts in this practice area. Her practical and thoughtful advice is exactly what professionals need when they turn to another lawyer for counsel.”
