On November 17, 2025, Judge Colm Connolly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware issued a decision regarding preference payments within the Hahnemann bankruptcy proceeding. In this program, attorneys Scott Levin and Alyssa Radovanovich will discuss defenses to preference actions, focusing on Judge Connolly’s decision and a handbook on preference defenses that Delaware’s Judge Mary Walrath recently wrote.
This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*
Attendees may also apply for CLE credits in jurisdictions with reciprocity, including Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
