Alyssa focuses her practice on Delaware bankruptcy and restructuring and commercial litigation matters. She also has experience in intellectual property matters, and her interest in the newest technological innovations and experience prosecuting patents allows her to represent her clients’ interests better.
Alyssa graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as Manuscripts Editor of the Maryland Law Review and a member of the Maryland National Trial Team. During law school, Alyssa honed her advocacy skills by participating in Mock Trial competitions and the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Before law school, Alyssa competed with Penn State Mock Trial in invitational and American Mock Trial Association tournaments.
