Klehr Harrison Begins 2026 with Three Attorney Elevations

We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2026, Nicole S. Haiem, an attorney in the Corporate and Securities Department, was elected to the firm’s partnership. In addition, Joshua M. Link, an attorney in the Litigation Department, and Augusta M. O’Neill, an attorney in the zoning and land use practice group in the Real Estate and Finance Department, were both elevated to Of Counsel.

“We’re happy to elevate another strong group of attorneys to partnership and counsel at the firm,” said managing partner Brad Krouse. “This is a talented group with a solid track record, and we’re excited to watch them take their careers to the next level.”

Haiem’s practice focuses on the representation of private investment funds and their sponsors across diverse business sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, banking, hedge funds, distressed debt, and mezzanine financing.
