Topic Lunch & Learn - Delaware in Motion (Part 1): Key Decisions in Corporate Law & Litigation and Their Implications

Presented by attorneys Tom Ayala and Alyssa Radovanovich.

Recent decisions from Delaware’s courts continue to refine and reinforce three foundational principles of business law: process integrity, contractual discipline, and fiduciary accountability. This program surveys important developments across corporate and alternative-entity fiduciary disputes, contests over entity control, end-stage sale processes, and evolving approaches to remedies. Attendees will gain insight into the trends emerging from these decisions, which reaffirm Delaware’s role as the nation’s leading forum for resolving business disputes and shaping how those disputes are litigated.

This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*

Attendees may also apply for CLE credits in jurisdictions with reciprocity, including Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
