Weiner has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the family law practice group based in its Philadelphia office. Weiner is a licensed family law attorney with over 25 years of experience representing clients in all phases of family law resolution, litigation and arbitration throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a certified AAML Arbitrator, and recognized as a leader in the family law bar and the greater legal community.

Her keen business acumen has garnered her a reputation for being both hardworking and pragmatic, guiding clients toward realistic outcomes and practical solutions. Weiner lectures frequently, locally and nationally, on a range of family law issues, including finding, valuing and dividing assets, alimony and child support, and the benefits of arbitration. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Union College.
