Klehr Harrison Elevates Three Attorneys to Start 2025

PHILADELPHIA (January 8, 2025)—Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2025, Elizabeth Webb Bucilla, an attorney in the Corporate and Securities Department, and Gregory R. Sellers, an attorney in the Litigation Department, were both elected to the firm’s partnership. In addition, Sarah B. Herman, an attorney in the tax practice group in the Corporate and Securities Department, was elevated to Of Counsel.

Bucilla’s practice concentrates on middle-market M&A transactions at both the regional and national levels. She represents a range of clients, from private equity firms and start-ups to family-owned businesses on the buy-side and sell-side. In addition to her M&A practice, she provides general corporate counseling services, with a focus on Pennsylvania and Delaware entities. She also is a member of the firm’s Education practice group. She earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her undergraduate degree from Tufts University.

Sellers is a skilled litigator and a trusted advisor to businesses. He regularly handles merger and acquisition (M&A) litigation, business divorce matters, representation and warranty insurance matters, directors’ and officers’ liability disputes, corporate governance matters, breach of fiduciary duty suits, securities fraud suits, shareholder and partnership disputes, family business disputes, insurance matters, real estate disputes, and financial services matters. In his employment and counseling practice, Sellers regularly represents employers and individuals in discrimination claims, wage and hour litigation, agency charges, and restrictive covenant litigation. He also handles workplace investigations and provides employers counsel to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law. He has appeared in state and federal courts and in arbitrations throughout the country. He earned his law degree from Rutgers School of Law and his undergraduate degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Herman focuses her practice on a wide variety of tax planning and controversy matters for both individuals and entities. She counsels clients on the formation and operation of investment funds and joint ventures and tax considerations in connection with real estate investments and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, investments and restructurings. She further advises clients on U.S. tax issues relating to partnerships, S corporations, REITs, sovereign investors, CFCs, PFICs, FIRPTA, treaty interpretation and application, and withholding and information reporting regimes, including FATCA reporting obligations. She earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College.
