Maris Weiner Elected Secretary for the PA Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers

PHILADELPHIA (August 8, 2026) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is proud to share that Maris J. Weiner, of counsel in the family law practice group, was recently elected as the secretary for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). 

Weiner is a licensed family law attorney with over 25 years of experience representing clients in all phases of family law resolution, litigation and arbitration throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition, she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a certified AAML Arbitrator. Her clients include entrepreneurs, physicians, lawyers, artists, parents, grandparents and third parties seeking custody.

Recognized as a leader in the family law bar and the greater legal community, Weiner handles complex litigation and sensitive negotiations that involve high-net-worth marital estates, business valuations, executive compensation, custody and relocation, high-conflict marital/parental disputes, and negotiating prenuptial/postnuptial agreements.

Weiner lectures frequently, locally and nationally, on a range of family law issues, including finding, valuing and dividing assets, alimony and child support, and the benefits of arbitration.

She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
