Remote Work: A Jurisdictional Dilemma?

With hybrid and remote work becoming more commonplace, thorny questions may arise from remote workers residing in jurisdictions where a company does not operate a traditional office.

In this CLE, Paige Willan and Megan O’Neill will discuss:

  • A primer on personal jurisdiction and federal diversity jurisdiction.
  • Case law developments related to jurisdiction and remote work.
  • Best practices on how to handle jurisdiction issues.

This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*

This CLE is available in person (complimentary lunch served) and online!
