Join Gaetano Piccirilli, Scott Levin and Joshua Link for this presentation covering a refresher of how liens are created; the amounts that are subject to mechanics’ liens; the treatment of lien funds; statutory and contractual trust funds; waiver of lien rights; the interplay of mechanics’ liens and bankruptcy-related issues; and issues involving lien priority. The program will build on the concepts described in Mechanics’ Liens 101 and serves as an intermediate introduction to the intersection of mechanics’ liens with bankruptcy law and competing claims.

This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*

Attendees may also apply for CLE credits in jurisdictions with reciprocity, including Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
