Suburban Land Development 101: The Who, the What and the How

As a follow-up to their recent Suburban Zoning 101 presentation, attorneys Matthew McHugh and Leonard Altieri will provide an overview of the land development approval process applicable to suburban municipalities under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.  We will introduce the various players involved in land development applications as well as provide an overview of the process from a sketch plan submission through building permit issuance.

This presentation is available in person (lunch will be served) and online!
