Alan L. Logsdon

Alan focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters in such areas as commercial leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate. Alan also works on environmental permitting and remediation. He works with developers, retailers, private equity firms and other national and local businesses. His work includes preparing financing and other real estate and environmental transactional documents and conducting due diligence for transactions to resolve title, survey and other due diligence issues. 

Prior to joining the firm, Alan worked as a law clerk at a law firm in Philadelphia. Alan received his J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as Lead Editor for the Drexel Law Review.
