Benjamin focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring issues. He has established a foundation of knowledge about bankruptcy code and concepts of bankruptcy law through his work.
Benjamin graduated Washington University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Washington University Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, he served as law clerk for the Honorable Andrew B. Altenburg of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
