Dan focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of various property types, including retail, office, industrial and multi-family. He works with developers, owners, investors, private equity firms, retailers and other national and local businesses. Dan’s work includes preparing real estate transactional documents and conducting due diligence for real estate transactions to resolve title, survey and other due diligence issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked as an associate in the commercial group of a prominent law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. He has experience in counseling domestic and international, public and private companies in the financial services, investment management, and real estate industries.
