Lee focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and leasing, representing developers and retailers in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of property. He has worked extensively on the acquisition, developing, leasing and financing of retail shopping centers from raw land acquisition through construction, operation and sale, including the negotiation and drafting of all related documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, covenant and restriction agreements and site development agreements.
Lee has a wide array of commercial leasing experience, representing national and local retailers and landlords in big box and specialty retail lease transactions throughout the United States.
