Megan focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial and corporate litigation, including assisting with various stages of legal proceedings and trial preparation by conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions, settlements, and briefs, as well as reviewing contracts, pleadings and fact discovery.
Prior to joining the firm, Megan served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kelly D. Eckel of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. While at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, she represented low-income clients in disputes with the IRS for the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic. In addition to her J.D., Megan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Villanova University School of Business.
