Rob’s practice includes foreclosure litigation, commercial workouts, collections, loan sales, civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and transactional real estate. He has successfully represented clients in civil litigation, including numerous residential foreclosures.
Rob has prosecuted tax lien foreclosures, represented creditor clients in bankruptcy court, conducted Article 9 UCC sales and successfully executed on secured assets on behalf of individual and institutional clients. He has represented clients in the sale of over 250 residential properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey obtained through foreclosure, negotiating contracts, resolving title issues and evicting holdover tenants.
In 2018 Rob successfully defended a client accused of conspiring to make adulterated aspirin and successfully defended developer clients against foreclosure after their financing collapsed, negotiating the sale of the underlying loan.
