Stephanie focuses her practice on the land use and zoning aspects of real estate development. She works closely with and appears before numerous boards and commissions in Philadelphia, including the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Commission, and other similar bodies in the surrounding counties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
With her interdisciplinary background in business, focusing on real estate and finance, Stephanie brings a unique skill set to the challenges that residential and commercial developers face throughout the land development process. In addition to her J.D., Stephanie holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Villanova University School of Business. Before joining the Firm, Stephanie worked for a boutique law firm in Jersey City, NJ, and a nationally recognized regional firm in Philadelphia, PA. She has also worked for several real estate investors and developers in Philadelphia.
