Health and safety mitigation requirements still apply, such as social distancing, work practice standards and health protection.
However, these regulations still provide that no new construction may commence for work authorized under building permits issued after March 20, 2020. In addition, these regulations do not apply to construction work associated with one- and two-family projects, and thus such projects are still subject to the current, limited hours of construction.
