We are pleased to offer the following service plan:
- Free formation documents and one to two hours of free advice on an overview of them with the client.
- Any customization of those forms is done at a 50% discount with a cap of five hours.
- Beyond that, we discount our rate by 15% until an earlier triggering event:
- Material funding round.
- Several months of material revenue.
or - 18 months from the initial engagement letter.
- Potential deferral on the payment of fees until the triggering event up to the negotiated amount determined on a client-by-client basis.
- Free remote attendance at board meetings.
