This multi-disciplinary group consisting of attorneys from our corporate, bankruptcy, employment, litigation, real estate, and tax groups is part of Klehr Harrison’s pre-existing Coronavirus (COVID-19) Task Force and will help answer questions like:

• Who is eligible to receive a loan?
• How much can be borrowed?
• Who are the lenders participating in the 7(a) loan program and what are they considering as they try to prioritize loan distribution?
• What are the practical aspects of the loan process?
• How does the loan forgiveness work?
• How does the PPP interact with the existing emergency disaster relief program?
