Elizabeth Webb Bucilla

Elizabeth’s practice concentrates on middle-market M&A transactions at both the regional and national level. She represents a range of clients from private equity firms and start-ups to family-owned businesses on the buy-side and sell-side. In addition to her M&A practice, Elizabeth provides general corporate counseling services, with a focus on Pennsylvania and Delaware entities. Elizabeth also is a member of the firm’s Education practice group.

Before joining the firm, Elizabeth practiced in the corporate group of a prominent law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.
