Biography
Domenic is the co-chair of the bankruptcy and restructuring department. He concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, restructuring and workouts, representing debtors, creditors’ committees, unsecured creditors and acquirers of distressed assets and companies. He advises officers and directors of companies involved in financial restructuring on corporate governance and fiduciary duties.
